Hao Xiang Seafood White Bee Hoon

The chained restaurants with White Bee Hoon as the staple dish have been losing their charm and quality, I'm always glad that I have another option in Bukit Batok, also a cheaper version. At least, their standard and quality maintain throughout all these years. No doubt this is a Cze Char Stall, my order with Hao Xiang Seafood remains the same every time. their White Bee Hoon. 

The broth of the white bee hoon has an umami burst of flavours from the seafood, Lala and prawns. Besides the sweet natural flavours from the seafood, I love the egg fragrance that made up part of the broth too. The prawns are plump and succulent. If you are a Lala lover, you might want to choose this option instead.

Squeezing the lime juice into the plates of Bee Hoon definitely elevates the taste. We had also ordered a plate of Crayfish Lala White Bee Hoon. Don't forget to add their specialty chilli to the Bee Hoon too as it gives a good fiery kick.
