Here's my staple order from the Viet Corner, a bowl of beef pho. I had the Special Beef Pho which includes beef brisket, beef balls, herbs, yellow onions and bean sprouts. Their Signature Broth is light yet at the same time full of flavour, infused with spices.

Other than Beef Pho, one can order the Sliced Chicken Pho too. The broth was tasty too with yellow onions, beansprouts and herbs.
